Dweet. in Milan is seeking a Client Experience Associate to serve as a brand ambassador, creating an elegant and memorable first impression for every guest. You will welcome guests, drive boutique traffic, and deliver an elevated customer journey.

The ideal candidate has a passion for luxury fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage high-net-worth clients. Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous, and fluency in English is required.

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, events, or brand promotion is advantageous.

• Serve as a visible ambassador for the Moynat brand in and around the boutique.
• Welcome and engage passersby with professionalism, confidence, and warmth.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage guests to visit the boutique.
• Collaborate closely with the boutique team to ensure exceptional service.
