Amazon is offering an on-site Operations Intern opportunity across Lazio, starting January 2027. Interns will work within Fulfilment Centers, Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations, gaining exposure to real-world operations and data-driven improvements.

You will join a collaborative Intern Community, receive strong support, and have potential paths to graduate roles or further internships. Relocation support and a competitive salary package are included.

Competenze

• Currently in penultimate year or final year of university studying Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Eligible for full-time internship (40 hours/week) 3–6 months with January–July 2027 start date.
• Proficient in English (C1) and the local language of the country you’re applying for.

Mansioni

• Complete high-priority projects in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Propose and test solutions with the team to implement the best options.
• Engage with managers, stakeholders and frontline associates to develop communication and teamwork.
• Move around the building to engage with different teams and participate in pre-briefs and flow meetings.
