Amazon is inviting applications to its Talent Pool for Operations Internships starting January 2027 across Lazio. This on-site program offers relocation support and early consideration for available positions, with flexible start dates to fit business needs.

You'll work in Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations, tackling high-priority projects, analyzing data, and collaborating with managers and frontline associates.

Competenze

• Penultimate year or final year of university studies.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in English and local language at CEFR C1 level.

Mansioni

• Complete high-priority projects to the highest standard.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and improvements.
• Propose and test solutions, collaborating with the team to implement effective ones.
• Develop communication and teamwork with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Move around the workspace to engage with various teams and attend pre-briefs and flow meetings.
• Navigate the workspace and adapt to different areas as needed.
• Be flexible to work various schedules and shifts.
