Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. - B96 is offering an on-site operations internship across Marche. You will work in Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations, apply analytical skills to improve processes, and collaborate with managers and frontline teams.

Relocation support is provided. The program includes learning sessions, weekly intern hours, and potential graduate opportunities. Applicants must be in penultimate or final year and eligible for a full-time 40-hour internship

Competenze

Currently in penultimate year (graduating in 2028) or last year, pursuing a university degree in a related field.
Eligible to complete a full-time internship (40 hours/week) of 3–6 months with a start date between January and July 2027.
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language (CEFR C1).

Mansioni

Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard and delivering results.
Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones.
Developing communication and teamwork skills with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams and attend pre-briefs and flow meetings.
