Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. seeks an on-site operations intern to support Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations. You will work on high-priority projects, analyze data, and test solutions that improve operations while engaging with managers and frontline teams.

The program offers relocation support and a competitive monthly salary. Candidates should be in their final year (graduating 2028) and fluent in English plus the local language, with 40 hours/week for 3–6 months

Competenze

Penultimate or final year student (graduating 2028) pursuing a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
Eligible to complete a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 3–6 months with a start date between January and July 2027.
Highly proficient in English and the local language (CEFR C1).

Complete high-priority projects to the highest standard and deliver results.
Analyze data to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
Propose and test solutions, collaborating with the team to implement effective ones.
Develop communication and teamwork by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
