Amazon Operations in Lazio is inviting you to join our Talent Pool for January 2027 internships. This on-site program offers relocation support and exposure to multiple fulfillment centers across Lazio, with a 3–6 month schedule and pathways to graduate roles.

You'll work on high-priority projects, analyze data, and collaborate with managers and frontline teams to drive improvements. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, learn through structured sessions and intern

Competenze

• Penultimate or final year student (graduating 2028) in a related field.
• Eligible for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) of 3–6 months starting January 2027.
• Proficient in English and Italian (CEFR C1).

Mansioni

• Complete high-priority projects to the highest standard.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Propose and test solutions with the team to implement best options.
• Develop communication and teamwork with managers, stakeholders, and frontline staff.
• Move around the building to engage with various teams and attend pre-briefs and meetings.
