Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking Operations Interns to start in January 2027 across Lombardia depending on availability. These on-site roles may require relocation and offer relocation support, a competitive monthly base salary, and access to company benefits.

Interns will work on Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations, applying analytics to improve services and operations while learning from experienced managers and teams.

Competenze

• Penultimate or final-year student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Eligible for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 3–6 months with a Jan–Jul 2027 start.
• Strong English plus local language proficiency (CEFR C1) in the country of employment.

Mansioni

• Complete high-priority projects to a high standard, delivering results.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Propose and test solutions, collaborating with teams to implement the best one(s).
• Engage with managers, stakeholders and frontline associates to build teamwork.
