E.ON Drive Infrastructure is seeking a proactive operations professional to coordinate daily activities for an integrated charging network. You will work with field technicians, suppliers and internal teams to ensure reliable operation and timely delivery of maintenance, installation and service tasks across the infrastructure.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, ownership and cross‑functional collaboration, with opportunities for hybrid work, international EU workation and strong training

Competenze

• Degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering or Information Technology.
• First professional experience in operations, field service, e-mobility or related technical environment.
• Interest in EV charging infrastructure and energy systems.
• Ability to understand and solve technical challenges.

• Coordinate daily operational activities across field technicians, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the reliable operation of our charging infrastructure
• Plan and manage maintenance, installation, and service activities, ensuring timely execution and high quality standards
• Monitor the performance of EV charging and energy assets and support troubleshooting activities when issues arise
• Collaborate closely with external vendors and service providers to maintain efficient operations and asset availability
• Support customer inquiries and coordinate issue escalation processes to deliver an excellent service experience
• Analyze operational data, track performance indicators, and contribute to continuous process improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation, operational reports, and compliance-related records
• Conduct site visits and support retrofit or optimization activities across the charging network
• Help ensure operational excellence by managing spare parts availability and supporting day-to-day operational processes

Your profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field
• First professional experience in operations, field service, e-mobility, energy, or a related technical environment
• Strong interest in EV charging infrastructure, energy systems, and innovative technologies
• Solid analytical mindset with the ability to understand and solve technical challenges
• Experience working with monitoring tools and operational data; basic SQL knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI, Databricks, Retool, or similar tools is an advantage
• Fluent in Italian and confident communication skills in English
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders
