You’ll lead end-to-end initiatives, build and test AI-powered processes, and partner with engineering, product, and ops teams to surface leadership-ready insights and drive efficiency at scale.

As Operations Manager, you will own automation and AI-driven improvements across Deel’s global payroll processes. You’ll build, test, and iterate AI-powered workflows (Akai) while leading end-to-end projects across multiple workstreams. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and ops teams to fix gaps, surface leadership-ready insights, and drive efficiency at scale. This hands‑on role rewards proactive problem solving and cross‑functional collaboration to advance our global operations. • KPI‑driven with track record of improving metrics
