Ferrero International S.A. invites applications for a Shift Operative Leader - Parental Leave Substitution at the Pozzuolo Martesana plant (MI), Italy.

You will lead production activities, coordinate the line team, and ensure safe, efficient line operation while collaborating with Maintenance on line start-ups and breakdowns. The role requires a Master’s in Engineering, strong production process knowledge, and willingness to relocate internationally within the scope of assignments.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Strong understanding of production processes is essential.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in international mobility.

Mansioni

• Manage activities within the Production area under the Production Unit Manager.
• Support the execution of production activities and line team coordination.
• Ensure availability and optimization of production factors (materials, methods, labour, machinery).
• Assist in start-up, interruption, slowdown or breakdown of lines with Maintenance; allocate resources across lines.
