We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our transportation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with network planning, managing authorizations, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Your responsibilities:

• Daily operations management: ensure that daily departures align with network planning definitions and promptly address any discrepancies; manage authorization processes and maintain follow‑up procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Stakeholder relationships: establish and maintain effective relationships with authorities, operational partners, and suppliers to foster collaboration and resolve issues; act as the main point of contact for bus and door‑to‑gate partners.
• Quality control: work closely with Customer Service to monitor the quality of service provided by partners and identify areas for improvement.
• Performance analysis: analyze on‑time performance and partner efficiency, proposing action plans and defining KPIs to drive continuous improvement; implement measures to prevent service disruptions, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.
• Onboarding: organize and lead the onboarding process for new operational partners, ensuring seamless integration into the network.
