4flow AG in Italy seeks a senior logistics professional to lead an international team and optimize daily operations across the supply chain. You will ensure timely delivery, monitor performance, and manage costs while coordinating with customers to provide accurate status updates.

The role requires a Master’s degree in road transport management, experience in team development, and strong IT skills including Excel. Fluent Italian and English are essential in our dynamic, global environment.

• Leading and developing an international team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations
• Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
• Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations
• Monitoring logistics performance and costs
• Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures
