4flow Italy seeks an experienced logistics leader to manage an international team of specialists and oversee daily operations. You will optimize the flow of goods and guarantee effective exception handling to satisfy customers.

You will regularly communicate operation status to clients, monitor performance and costs, and analyze network metrics to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment that values remote collaboration tools. A Master’s in logistics is preferred.

• Leading and developing an international team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations
• Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
• Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations
• Monitoring logistics performance and costs
• Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures

• You hold a Master’s degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment
• You have initial experience in team management and development
