Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to ensure site efficiency and safety across the CF network. You will lead a team, drive productivity, and manage projects to improve quality of service for customers within your area of responsibility.

The role requires building a culture of safety, overseeing shift performance, and mentoring new managers while collaborating with senior stakeholders. This position is based in Italy and aligns with the Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizione CCNL.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and leadership experience.
• Experience communicating with peers and leadership.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in English and local language.
