HAVI Italia cerca un Master Data Intern per supportare la gestione e la manutenzione dei dati master di prodotto e fornitore all’interno della catena logistica. L’ingresso prevede collaborazione con stakeholder interni ed esterni e un focus su accuratezza dei dati e processi efficienti.

La posizione è destinata a studenti/neolaureati interessati a sviluppo professionale nel data management. Offerta di tirocinio con indennità e voucher pasto, ambiente dinamico e internazionale.

Competenze

• A Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office package.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• A proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Managing and maintaining product and supplier master data.

We are currently looking for a motivated Master Data Intern to join our Supply Chain team!

Your Role

As a Master Data Specialist Junior, you will support the management and maintenance of product and supplier master data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across our systems, you will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, contributing to efficient processes and high-quality data management.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining product and supplier master data.
• Supporting the onboarding of new products and suppliers.
• Updating pricing information and related data within company systems.
• Monitoring data accuracy and consistency across databases.
• Preparing reports, price lists, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborating with other departments
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives and supporting day-to-day master data activities.
