Evotec SE is seeking a Manager of Operational Excellence in Verona to drive CI deployment across manufacturing, labs, and R&D within the site. You will lead projects from scoping through implementation to verify financial benefits, while coaching CI champions and sustaining lean practices.

You will deploy methodologies like DMAIC, VSM, Kaizen, and standard work, coordinating with global OE leadership to build capability and impact.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, life sciences, operations management, or related field.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt advantageous.
Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing, lab, or R&D OE/CI environments.
Fluent English; mobility to travel internationally as needed.

Mansioni

Implement Evotec's OE methodology and CI toolset across site with L&A, VSM, DMAIC, Kaizen, and standard work.
Lead Loss & Waste and VSM exercises; run workshops and translate findings into action plans.
Define and manage priority OE projects from scoping to verified benefit realization.
Develop CI champions; coach, facilitate forums, and sustain CI habits site-wide.
Track financial and operational benefits; report progress to senior leaders.
