Lear is seeking a Continuous Improvement leader at our Milano plant to translate corporate CI strategy into actionable plans. You will coach managers and teams, lead kaizen events, and deploy assessments to drive savings and measurable performance across quality, cost, delivery, and safety.

This role directly influences senior management and plant operations. You will embed a CI culture, deploy scorecards, and build CI capability through training and hands-on coaching, delivering visible results

Competenze

• 5+ years in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools in manufacturing.
• Experience leading culture change and coaching managers and teams.
• Experience managing kaizen events, CI metrics, and savings validation.

Mansioni

• Embed a Continuous Improvement culture across the plant by leading direct and indirect teams
• Communicate and deploy corporate CI goals, scorecards, and priorities at plant level
• Coach functional managers using Lean and Six Sigma to deliver measurable results
• Deploy OEB assessments, identify improvement areas, and mentor leaders through execution
• Plan and deliver CI capability building, including Lean training, kaizen events, and hands-on learning
• Drive kaizen activity with quality, scoring, and visible results
• Track CI savings, engagement, and project progress via OIP and scorecards
• Implement plant-wide lean tools to improve quality, cost, delivery, and safety
