Evotec seeks a Manager of Operational Excellence to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, labs and R&D at a defined site. You’ll translate CI methodology into practical, measurable outcomes, lead priority OE projects, and build a robust CI community while sustaining improvements in line with GMP frameworks.

Competenze

• Excellent experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing operations, laboratory environments, or related OE/CI roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt advantageous.
• Fluency in English; Italian language skills beneficial.

Mansioni

• Lead deployment of OE methodology and CI tools across site perimeters with discipline and rigour.
• Own priority OE projects from scoping to implementation and validated benefit.
• Build and coach CI champions; sustainment through standard work and visual management.
• Track financial and operational benefits; report to OE leadership.
