Job summary

Loacker is seeking a Category Management Specialist for OOH and Traditional Trade to drive profitable growth across Out of Home, Traditional Trade, and Travel channels. You will support the Loacker brand and distributed brands through commercial activities and customer development.

The role requires 3–5 years in Trade Marketing or related fields, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel within Italy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Marketing roles, preferably FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills and a profitability focus.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Creativity, problem-solving, proactive attitude, and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel within Italy monthly.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of Out of Home, Traditional Trade, and Travel channels by identifying growth opportunities.
• Define and implement promotional activities, canvasses, booking mechanics, and incentive programs for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build commercial and customer development plans to increase volumes and profitability.
• Develop trade activations, POS materials, displays, and channel-specific solutions.
• Manage tailor-made projects for strategic customers with the sales force.
