Job summary

Loacker Austria is seeking a Category Management Specialist OOH & Traditional Trade to drive growth across Out of Home, Traditional Trade and Travel channels. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver promotions, activations, and customer development initiatives in Italy and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of Out of Home, Traditional Trade and Travel channels by identifying growth opportunities.
• Define and implement promotional activities, canvasses, booking mechanics and incentive programs for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build commercial and customer development plans to increase volumes and profitability.
• Develop trade activations, POS materials, displays and channel-specific solutions.
• Manage tailor-made projects for strategic customers with the sales force.
• Analyze performance of activities and support decision-making with data, market insights and profitability assessments.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Category Management and Supply Chain to plan and execute market initiatives.
• Support the sales team in the field and at commercial meetings, presenting mechanics and activations and collecting feedback.
