Job summary

Loacker Austria is seeking a Category Management Specialist OOH & Traditional Trade in Bolzano to develop profitable growth across Out of Home, Traditional Trade, and Travel channels. You will support commercial activities, promotions, and customer development with a focus on increasing volumes and profitability.

The role requires a degree in Business Administration/Marketing and 3-5 years of relevant FMCG experience, with travel within Italy on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Marketing roles, preferably FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills, a business-oriented mindset, and a focus on profitability.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Italy on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of Out of Home, Traditional Trade, and Travel channels by identifying growth opportunities and new business potential.
• Define and implement promotional activities, canvasses, booking mechanics, and incentive programs for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build commercial and customer development plans to increase volumes and profitability.
• Develop trade activations, POS materials, displays, and solutions tailored to channel needs.
• Manage tailor-made projects for strategic customers with the sales team.
• Analyze performance of activities and support decisions through data, market insights, and profitability assessments.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Supply Chain for planning and execution of market initiatives.
• Support the sales team in the field and during meetings by presenting mechanics and activations, collecting feedback for improvements.
