Ferrero International S.A. seeks a Category Activator OOH – Spreads, Beverages and Frozen Categories to drive category growth in the Out of Home channel. You will define activation strategies and lead a small team, reporting to the Category Activator OOH.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to convert insights into impactful initiatives and optimize spend across brands and channels in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are required.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Trade Marketing, Sales or Marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset for data interpretation and decision support.
• Excellent command of English and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Mansioni

• Develop and implement the national category activation plan for Out of Home.
• Identify and execute sell-out initiatives based on category performance.
• Manage promotional investment budgets across brands, categories and customers.
• Collaborate with Consumer Marketing to align priorities and investments.
• Monitor activation performance with ex-ante and ex-post analyses and ROI assessments.
