Ferrero is seeking a Category Activation Specialist to support the Chocolate team in translating marketing strategies into impactful in-store executions across multiple product lines. About the Role

As a Category Activation Specialist, you will support the Chocolate team in executing activation plans across multiple categories, including snacks, tablets, eggs with surprise, bites, and more. You will contribute to translating marketing strategies into impactful in-store execution, ensuring strong brand visibility across different retail channels.

Working closely with Category Activation, Marketing, Sales, and external agencies, you will help coordinate projects and ensure the timely delivery of point-of-sale materials and promotional initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure to cross-functional teams while developing expertise in shopper and trade marketing.

Main Responsibilities

You will support the execution of Category Activation Plans for each sales cycle, contributing to the development and implementation of in-store visibility initiatives and promotional activities aligned with brand guidelines.

Coordinating the development and production of POS materials, you will work closely with creative and production agencies to ensure quality, timing, and consistency across all touchpoints.

You will support the management of the activation budget by monitoring costs, processing purchase orders, and tracking project investments.

In collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, you will help coordinate promotional mechanics such as out-of-shelf activations, contests, and coupons, ensuring smooth execution in the market.

By supporting the creation and planning of POS materials and promotional assortments, you will contribute to accurate forecasting and ensure the availability of the right tools to support sell-in and sell-out activities.

You will also contribute to the execution of key seasonal activations, including Halloween and Carnival, and support the ongoing development of the Kinder Momenti Insieme promotional platform, helping deliver engaging shopper experiences and strengthen consumer loyalty.

About You

You hold a Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, and have strong analytical and organizational skills.

You are eager to develop project management skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

You are comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders and external agencies, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

You have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for bringing brands to life through excellent in-store execution. You combine a hands-on approach with curiosity and a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

What We Offer

The role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 43.249. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
