• Experience in FMCG, category management or shopper marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of sales plans for Seasonal & Praline assortments, including in‑and‑out products and closed‑lot initiatives.
• Manage and optimize the promotional budget for POS activations and track ROI.
• Define channel assortments and activation plans across store formats and shopper missions.
• Develop and execute the Category Activation Plan for modern trade, including promotions, POP, hostess activities and coupons.
• Recommend display solutions to maximize visibility during key seasonal periods.
