Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a Category Activation Specialist to support the Chocolate team in translating marketing strategies into effective in-store execution and strong brand visibility across channels.
You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to implement activation plans, coordinate POS materials, and manage budgets and promotional mechanics to drive sell-in and sell-out performances in Italy.
As a Category Activation Specialist, you will support the Chocolate team in executing activation plans across multiple categories, including snacks, tablets, eggs with surprise, bites, and more. You will contribute to translating marketing strategies into impactful in-store execution, ensuring strong brand visibility across different retail channels.
You hold a Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, and have strong analytical and organizational skills. You are eager to develop project management skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You are comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders and external agencies, with strong communication and teamwork skills. You have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for bringing brands to life through excellent in-store execution. You combine a hands-on approach with curiosity and a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

The role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 43.249. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
