Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a Category Activation Specialist to support the Chocolate team in translating marketing strategies into effective in-store execution and strong brand visibility across channels.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to implement activation plans, coordinate POS materials, and manage budgets and promotional mechanics to drive sell-in and sell-out performances in Italy.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with external agencies.

Mansioni

• Support execution of Category Activation Plans across sales cycles.
• Coordinate POS materials development with creative and production agencies.
• Assist activation budget management including purchase orders and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain on promos and coupons.
• Help forecast and ensure availability of tools for sell-in and sell-out.
• Contribute to seasonal activations (Halloween, Carnival) and the Kinder Momenti Insieme platform.
