FlexLink, a leader in automated production and material handling, is seeking an Onsite Project Manager for a Bologna-based role with regular Sicily stakeholder engagement. You will coordinate installation teams, monitor progress, manage materials with Supply Chain, and report to the PMO.

The role demands strong planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities, plus English proficiency and 30% travel to Bologna.

Competenze

Proven experience in onsite coordination roles or project execution environments.
Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools (Microsoft Project required).
Ability to read and understand technical and engineering documentation.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Availability to work from Bologna 30% of the time

Mansioni

Attend customer meetings and onsite coordination meetings.
Serve as the primary onsite contact for installation teams and subcontractors.
Monitor daily installation progress and report deviations.
Maintain daily onsite presence to support execution and coordination activities.
Track material availability with Supply Chain and update delivery priorities.
Align installation planning with material readiness and report delays.
Monitor onsite resources and coordinate shifts when needed.
Maintain and update the project Gantt chart daily using Microsoft Project.
Provide daily progress updates to the PMO with status, issues, and risks.
Identify and escalate risks and critical issues with impact and urgency assessment.
