FlexLink, part of Coesia, is hiring a System Engineer for a Bologna-based role. You will collaborate with the R&D team in Sweden and lead the execution of advanced material-handling robotic technologies in Sicily, acting as the interface between customer and engineering teams.

The role requires a strong understanding of automation, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and at least 5 years of experience, with fluency in English and willingness to travel.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in robotics/engineering.
• Strong understanding of system engineering principles and automation technologies.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Mansioni

• Supervise deployment of systems at customer sites, ensuring installation, testing, functionality, and user training.
• Provide advanced technical support to customers, addressing hardware, software, and control-system issues on-site and remotely.
• Troubleshoot technical problems with R&D to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Maintain system-level documentation, architecture, and configuration for alignment with design and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor system performance with diagnostic tools and implement preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Own and manage system validation activities (rig testing, FAT, site validation) and ensure evidence is complete.
