FlexLink, a Coesia company, is seeking an Onsite Project Manager to drive the installation project in the semiconductor sector with strong onsite coordination across teams and subcontractors. You will report to the PMO and collaborate with our engineering and supply chain teams, with a base in Bologna and regular site presence in Sicily.

Fluency in English is required, and you will travel to Bologna 30% of the time.

Competenze

• Proven experience in onsite coordination roles or project execution environments.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools (Microsoft Project required).
• Ability to read and understand technical and engineering documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work from Bologna 30% of the time.

Mansioni

• Onsite presence and coordination.
• Attend customer meetings and coordination meetings.
• Serve as primary onsite contact for installation teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily installation progress and report deviations.
• Ensure ongoing onsite support for execution and coordination.
• Track material availability and delivery status with Supply Chain.
• Update delivery priorities and dates as needed.
• Align installation planning with material readiness.
• Report missing materials and delivery delays impacting schedule.
• Monitor availability of onsite resources, tools, and equipment.
• Identify needs for resource optimization or shift changes.
• Plan and coordinate additional shifts when required.
• Maintain daily Gantt chart using Microsoft Project.
• Identify blockers and propose mitigations.
• Provide daily PMO progress updates (status, issues, risks).
• Maintain documentation of progress and decisions.
• Proactively identify installation risks.
• Escalate critical issues with impact and urgency.
• Support recovery and mitigation actions.
