Pharma Point S.r.l. is seeking two experienced Oncology Key Account Managers to drive the launch and growth of a cutting-edge oncology portfolio across Italy.

You will cultivate relationships with hospitals, cancer centers, and key stakeholders to promote adoption and patient access in solid tumors and gynecologic oncology. The role requires strategic account management, scientific engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access to optimize

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 3 years in oncology.
• Strong experience in the solid tumor market; gynecologic oncology and/or ADCs are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex accounts and build relationships with KOLs/decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the territory business plan with priorities and key accounts.
• Build relationships with oncologists, KOLs, multidisciplinary teams and hospital stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption and support the launch of innovative oncology therapies.
• Understand territory dynamics, competition, and patient pathways.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing and Market Access to optimize access.
• Identify barriers to patient access at hospital and regional levels.
• Engage with hospital pharmacists, payers, procurement teams and local access authorities.
• Support product inclusion in formulary decisions and local protocols.
