Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a talented Financial Controller to administer financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems. You will ensure legal and regulatory compliance for accounting, accounts receivable/payables and payroll, leading a small team with dotted line to the US office.

The role requires strong financial management experience, knowledge of local laws and licensing, and the ability to collaborate with management across functions to support the operations team.

Mansioni

• General accounting with weekly/monthly P&L reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable and invoice processing.
• Manage payroll and payroll policy development.
• Control credit and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain internal controls and reconciliations.
• Coordinate local reporting with external accountants/auditors.
