Job summary

You will document incidents, manage dispatch records, and collaborate with remote teams to maintain service delivery quality across deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support environments (desktop/EUC/data center)
• Strong coordination and dispatch skills
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident documentation
• Excellent client and internal team communication
• Understanding of hardware, network and IT infrastructure
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Receive service requests and prioritize/dispatch onsite engineers
• Coordinate scheduling and monitoring of field IT activities
• Ensure timely response in line with SLAs
• Communicate with clients to confirm requirements and update on progress
• Document incidents, resolutions and dispatch records
• Collaborate with remote teams and local technicians to ensure smooth deployments
• Maintain inventory usage records and support readiness for deployments
