Reschio S.r.l. is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to manage daily HR operations on-site at our estate in Umbria. The role reports to the HR Manager and emphasizes culture, growth, and ethical standards in an international environment.

The position is seasonal, CCNL Commercio – Level 2, with a salary range of €37,000–€40,000. You will lead onboarding, payroll data accuracy, and training programs while guiding managers and staff in HR best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in international environments.
• Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL Turismo.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and accuracy of HR records.
• Support full talent acquisition process and provide excellent candidate experience.
• Ensure HR policies are applied and communicated across departments.
• Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Oversee offboarding processes with professional, respectful experience.
• Maintain employee lifecycle records and HR files.
• Oversee attendance and payroll data collection for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and CCNL requirements.
• Monitor documentation such as work permits, health certifications, and training.
• Serve as trusted HR contact for employees and managers.
• Foster a positive culture aligned with Reschio’s values across departments.
• Plan and supervise delivery of mandatory and developmental trainings.
