Job summary

Reschio S.r.l. is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to manage daily HR operations on-site at our estate in Umbria. The role reports to the HR Manager and emphasizes culture, growth, and ethical standards in an international environment.

The position is seasonal, CCNL Commercio – Level 2, with a salary range of €37,000–€40,000. You will lead onboarding, payroll data accuracy, and training programs while guiding managers and staff in HR best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in international environments.
• Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL Turismo.

Role & Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of HR operations, reporting directly to the HR Manager. At Reschio, HR is not just an administrative function, it is the custodian of a culture built on shared values, genuine collaboration, and a real commitment to people's professional and personal growth. This is a hands on, on-site role based at our estate in Umbria, Monday to Friday, for someone who has built solid HR experience within international environments, who acts with strong ethical standards and operational rigor, and who finds real fulfillment in mentoring others and helping a team grow together, both professionally and as individuals.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure consistency, quality and timeliness across all HR processes.
• Support the full talent acquisition process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are correctly applied and consistently communicated across departments.
• Take care of the onboarding and induction program, ensuring new hires are fully integrated into Reschio's culture and ways of working.
• Oversee offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a professional, respectful experience for departing employees.
• Supervise the accurate maintenance of employee records and HR files across the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee attendance management and variable payroll data collection (overtime, holidays, leave, sick days), ensuring accuracy before payroll submission.
• Ensure full compliance with employment law, CCNL requirements, and internal policies.
• Monitor and ensure completeness of mandatory documentation (work permits, health certifications, training certificates) across the workforce.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture consistent with Reschio's values across all departments.
• Plan and supervise the delivery of mandatory and developmental training sessions (scheduling, logistics, materials, record-keeping). Maintain and continuously update training records, ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements.

Skills and Competencies Required

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience; proven experience working in international environments, with direct work experience abroad considered a strong plus.
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
• Strong values of integrity, ethical conduct and high discretion in handling confidential information.
• Solid knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL Turismo (or demonstrated ability to acquire this quickly).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening.
• Team player with a proactive, hands on approach.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Confident daily user of IT systems, HRMS platforms and the Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Employment Type: Seasonal employment (CCNL Commercio – Level 2).
• Salary Range: €37,000– €40,000.

The advertised salary range reflects Reschio's assessment of the expected remuneration for this position. Individual offers within the stated range will be determined through the consistent application of objective, documented and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, specialist expertise and the level of responsibility associated with the role.
