Job summary

Red Bull is seeking an On Premise Sales Analyst Intern in Lombardy to support the daily management of digital tools, data quality, and reporting. You will help translate data into actionable insights for the sales teams in bars, clubs, restaurants and events.

The role offers hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making, with a focus on system usability, field support, and collaboration across stakeholders. Monthly internship allowance and meal vouchers are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong English written and spoken.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting and digital tools.
• Experience with data visualization is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily management of On Premise digital tools and databases, including data uploads and quality checks.
• Support operational administration of digital platforms and reporting tools.
• Coordinate IT-related activities, issue reporting and user testing.
• Provide first-level Field support to promote tool adoption and efficient execution.
• Help prepare business reports, KPI monitoring and dashboard updates.
• Contribute to data cleansing, structuring and consistency across reports.

Job description

The On Premise environment, including bars, clubs, restaurants, events and hospitality venues, is a dynamic and fast-paced channel where brands connect directly with consumers and customers.

As an On Premise Sales Analyst Intern, you will support the team in the daily management of digital tools, data quality, reporting and analysis, contributing to actionable insights that help sales teams be more effective and efficient in the market.

This internship offers the opportunity to develop analytical skills and gain hands-on experience in how data, reporting and digital solutions support business decision-making and sales execution.

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

DIGITAL TOOLS & DATA MANAGEMENT

Support the daily management of On Premise digital tools and databases, contributing to data uploads, maintenance, quality checks and system updates, while gaining an understanding of the importance of data quality in business decision-making. Contribute to the operational administration of digital platforms and reporting tools, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting system improvements, enhancements and post-implementation activities. Support IT-related activities, coordinating issue reporting, follow-up and user testing to help ensure an effective user experience.

FIELD SUPPORT

Provide first-level support to the Field organization, assisting colleagues in the day-to-day use of digital tools, resolving operational issues and contributing to the effective adoption of systems and processes to enhance execution quality.

DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING

Support data analysis and reporting activities, contributing to the preparation of business reports, KPI monitoring and performance tracking while developing analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Support data cleansing, structuring and quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable outputs. Contribute to reporting and dashboard activities, helping translate business needs into clear and actionable insights for Management and Sales teams. Support the maintenance and enhancement of reporting tools by gathering feedback, testing updates and ensuring data consistency across reports.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, F&B Management or a related field, or currently studying.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting and digital tools.
• Previous knowledge of data visualization tools is considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented approach.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Team player with a hands-on attitude and willingness to support different stakeholders.
