Job summary

Red Bull cerca uno/una Social Media Intern a partire da gennaio 2027 per contribuire al Digital Team. Supporterai lo sviluppo di contenuti social, identificherai nuove tendenze e comunità, e apporterai prospettive fresche sull’evoluzione delle piattaforme e del linguaggio degli utenti.

Farai parte della pianificazione social, preparazione produttiva e attivazione di progetti, contribuendo a rafforzare la percezione del marchio tra i nostri core audience, con focus su eventi in Italia.

Qualifications

• Laurea o studente in Comunicazione o ambiti affini (es. IED, Accademia di Comunicazione).
• Forti interesse per i social e l’utilizzo quotidiano dei social media.
• Conoscenza delle dinamiche di TikTok e YouTube e interesse a esplorarle.

Responsibilities

• Supportare la creazione di piani editoriali social, con focus su TikTok e YouTube Shorts.
• Identificare nuove tendenze, community e piattaforme rilevanti tramite scouting.
• Contribuire alla produzione, pianificazione e attivazione di progetti di social media.

Job description

We are looking for a Social Media Intern starting from January 2027. As a Social Media Intern, you will contribute to the Digital Team. You will support the development of social content, help identify new trends and communities and bring fresh perspectives that reflect the evolution of platforms and audience languages. Working closely with the team, you will contribute to social media planning, production preparation, and project activation, helping strengthen Red Bull’s brand perception among our core audiences.

DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT

Support the creation of social editorial plans, with a focus on TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Contribute to identifying new trends, communities, and relevant platforms through scouting activities. Proactively provide new content ideas thanks to a native understanding of social media. Work on community management alongside the agency to increase our consumer engagement.

PROJECT & PRODUCTION SUPPORT

Manage files, documents, and internal reports needed by the team and stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of production plans and in the use of internal tools, following training. Help coordinate information and materials needed for project development

ON-FIELD SUPPORT

Support the team during events across Italy, contributing to on-site activities. Assist in gathering materials or information required after events.

PROJECT AREAS

Sports: motorsport, bike, football and the Red Bull athlete roster, fitness.

Conoscenze e competenze richieste ciò che conta di più per questo ruolo:

• Recent graduate or student in Communication, Sports Communication, or creative institutes (e.g., IED, Accademia di Comunicazione).
• Strong enthusiasm for communication and daily use of social media.
• Particular interest in TikTok and YouTube, with good understanding of platform dynamics.
• Initial experience (preferred) in creating social editorial plans and/or interacting with media or online communities.
• Fresh and innovative perspective to help evolve Red Bull’s existing channels.
• Precision and strong organizational skills, essential for supporting production planning.
• Effective interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Availability for frequent travel across Italy for events.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Monthly internship allowance: €800 + meal vouchers
