Job summary

Red Bull in Italy is offering an internship to join the gaming team, assisting in strategy, events, and activation projects across the Italian gaming ecosystem. The role emphasizes planning, coordination, and hands-on learning within a vibrant gaming community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication, or currently studying.
• Good command of English.
• Passionate gamer with extensive knowledge of the gaming ecosystem and, ideally, esports.
• Demonstrable understanding of the Italian gaming and esports scene.
• In‑depth knowledge of popular and emerging game titles, consumer behaviour, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of gaming creators, influencers, communities, and the broader creator ecosystem.
• Creative thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Innovative, open‑minded team player with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
• Curious, creative, and eager to propose new ideas.
• Passion for Trading Card Games (TCGs) is considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing local gaming initiatives, monitoring trends and opportunities.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of gaming and esports projects, events, and activations.
• Help manage relationships with players, creators, and stakeholders in the gaming ecosystem.
• Assist in coordinating and delivering gaming activations, timelines, and deliverables.

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

GAMING STRATEGY & INSIGHTS

Assist the Gaming team in the planning and execution of local gaming initiatives, gaining hands‑on experience across different areas of the gaming ecosystem. Monitor industry trends, gaming communities, and emerging opportunities to help identify impactful initiatives and activations.

EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of gaming and esports projects, events, and brand activations. Assist in the management of relationships with players, creators, and key stakeholders within the gaming ecosystem. Contribute to the development of engaging experiences and activations for gaming communities across Italy.

PROJECT COORDINATION

Support the coordination and execution of gaming projects and initiatives. Assist in managing day‑to‑day activities, keeping track of timelines and deliverables. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support the successful delivery of gaming activations.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Monthly internship allowance: € 800 + meal vouchers.
