PVH Italy in Milan is seeking an IT In-store Application Specialist to join the IT Client Facing Applications team, based at our Milan HQ. You will contribute to governance, evolution, and operational continuity of the clienteling and retail applications used at Moncler and Stone Island boutiques.

The role covers monitoring mobile and omnichannel solutions, providing second‑level technical support, coordinating technology partners, and supporting store users to promote best practices in-store.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of web and mobile applications, system integrations, and REST APIs;
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, with knowledge of NoSQL databases and data management paradigms;
• Ability to analyze and work with XML and JSON data structures and payloads;
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and platforms;
• Software development skills, preferably with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or React Native, and the ability to read and modify existing code;
• Experience in Application Management Services (AMS) and/or project management, preferably in the Retail sector.

Mansioni

• Manage the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of clienteling and retail applications for Moncler and Stone Island boutiques;
• Monitor mobile and omnichannel solutions (web, native, and React Native), ensuring quality and operational continuity;
• Provide second-level technical support to the Retail network, troubleshooting application and operational issues;
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to the application evolution roadmap;
• Coordinate technology partners across requirements definition, development, testing, and release activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery;
• Support application configuration, development, evolutionary maintenance, and code analysis in collaboration with internal and external teams;
• Support store users in resolving issues and promoting operational best practices.
