Moncler HQ in Milan seeks an IT Application Specialist to manage and evolve our digital/e-commerce applications, blending technical expertise with strong stakeholder management.

You will act as the reference for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, collaborate with E-commerce, Digital and Omnichannel teams, and ensure stability while guiding external partners through the full delivery lifecycle.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a similar discipline.
• 3/5 years of experience in IT application management, digital/e-commerce technology or software development (JavaScript, HTML, React, CSS).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or similar enterprise e-commerce platform and headless CMS.
• Good understanding of e-commerce processes and digital customer journeys (web storefronts, catalogue, CMS, checkout, payments, orders, integrations).
• Understanding of web technologies and architectures (APIs, front-end, development patterns).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, release management, testing and Agile methodologies.

Overview

For our Worldwide Information & Technology Transformation Function, we are looking for an IT Application Specialist to join the IT Digital Experience Applications team, based at our HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

Within the IT Client Facing Applications function, the resource will focus on the management, evolution and continuous improvement of our digital and e-commerce applications, combining technical expertise, functional understanding and strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

In particular, the IT Application Specialist will be responsible for:

• Act as the functional and technical reference for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and digital/e-commerce applications, ensuring their effective management and evolution;
• Partner with E-commerce, Digital and Omnichannel teams to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions;
• Ensure application stability, performance and continuous improvement, overseeing day-to-day operations and service management;
• Coordinate development partners and project delivery across the full lifecycle, from requirements and solution definition to deployment and post-release activities;
• Manage digital and e-commerce projects, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, timelines and key milestones;
• Govern external technology partners, monitoring delivery, quality, timelines and adherence to agreed standards and ways of working.

Qualification

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a similar discipline;
• 3/5 years of experience in IT application management, digital/e-commerce technology or software development (JavaScript, HTML, React, CSS), preferably within an international environment;
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or a comparable enterprise e-commerce platform and headless CMS;
• Good understanding of e-commerce processes and digital customer journeys (including web storefronts, product catalogue, content management, checkout, payments, order management and integrations);
• Solid understanding of web technologies and application architectures (including APIs, integrations, front-end technologies and common development patterns);
• Good understanding of software delivery practices such as CI/CD, release management, testing and Agile methodologies.
