Moncler Group in Milan is seeking an engaged WW Omnichannel Operations Intern to join our Global Headquarters. You will support Omnichannel initiatives and help in data collection, analysis and reporting to drive store performance.

In this six-month, full-time internship, you will prepare presentations, coordinate meetings and assist boutiques and regional teams with UAT execution and testing coordination, while benefiting from our Career Start Program and internship allowance.

Competenze

• Bachelor/Master's Degree.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, interpret and present data effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
• Curiosity and proactivity.
• Previous academic experience in the Retail field will be considered a plus.

Mansioni

• Collecting, analyzing and reporting operational and retail data.
• Supporting the redesign and maintenance of the Store Handbook.
• Preparing presentations and project documentation for Omnichannel initiatives.
• Supporting the organization and coordination of Omnichannel meetings, workshops and training sessions.
• Monitoring project progress and following up on action items with internal stakeholders.
• Helping boutiques and regional teams in the implementation of Omnichannel projects (UAT execution, testing coordination, follow-up activities)
