Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding Italy is seeking an OFR Import OPS/CS Team Leader to coordinate import operations from Bentivoglio (BO). The role reports to the BLQ Station Manager and requires strong leadership, English proficiency and a solid understanding of DGF services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee OFR Import operations ensuring service delivery in line with customer requirements and standards.
• Lead, coach and develop the team, fostering engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor day-to-day operations, allocate resources, prioritize workloads and ensure schedule compliance.
• Manage customer requirements, complex shipments and supply chain activities; address issues and escalations.
• Act as first point of contact for customers, suppliers and network-related issues; ensure timely resolution.
• Drive productivity and efficiency through analysis of performance indicators and process improvements.
