Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding Italy is seeking an OFR Import OPS/CS Team Leader in Bentivoglio (BO) to coordinate import operations, ensure service delivery and compliance, and lead a dedicated team to meet KPIs.

You will oversee day-to-day activities, optimize resources, manage customer requirements and escalations, and drive continuous improvement across processes with a strong focus on service quality and collaboration with internal functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of DGF Organization, OFR Product and DGF services.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good management skills (team engagement, processes, leadership, workflows, business strategy, influencing, Feedback, Presentation, Facilitation, Negotiation).
• Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee OFR Import operations in line with customer requirements and standards.
• Lead, coach and develop the team, driving engagement and KPIs.
• Monitor day-to-day operations, allocate resources and ensure service levels.
• Manage customer requirements and address escalations proactively.
• Be the first point of escalation for customers, suppliers and network issues.
• Drive productivity and profitability through performance analysis and process improvements.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote retention and growth.
• Define and maintain operational standards and best practices.
