KESSEL is seeking a Business Development Manager Norway to grow its presence in the Norwegian market. You will identify projects, build relationships with partners, and establish KESSEL as a trusted supplier in construction.

The role requires Norwegian and English fluency, a background in construction or sales, and a proactive entrepreneurial mindset. Travel across Norway and Scandinavia is expected.

Competenze

• Several years of experience in technical sales, project sales or business development.
• Experience with tenders and project-based sales processes.
• Strong knowledge of the Norwegian construction and project market.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, enabling professional communication and negotiations with customers, partners and project stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Identify, analyse and pursue relevant tenders and construction projects.
• Position KESSEL products and solutions in specifications, tenders and project planning.
• Prepare and follow up on project quotations and build a sustainable project pipeline.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the project business and trade sector.
• Develop new sales partnerships and additional distribution channels across Norway.
• Support and further develop existing sales partners.
• Build long-term relationships with consultants, architects, engineers, investors, developers and contractors.
• Provide technical advice and deliver product presentations and customer meetings.
• Conduct market, competitor and potential analyses and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent KESSEL in the Norwegian market.
