Vaultica Data Centers in Milan, Italy, is seeking a NOC Technician to support service availability and infrastructure reliability within a 24/7 Network Operations Center. You will monitor sites, act as first contact for customers, coordinate with Operations, Network, and Cybersecurity teams to drive incident response.

This on-site role requires strong networking knowledge, familiarity with monitoring tools, excellent English, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, international

Competenze

• Experience in Data Center, Telecommunications, IT, Network Operations or similar critical environment.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies and connectivity services.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and monitoring.
• Proficient at using monitoring systems and ticketing tools, and following escalation processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English; able to communicate with international teams.

Mansioni

• Monitor Vaultica sites and services in the Network Operations Center.
• Act as first point of contact for customers, faults and service requests.
• Provide remote support and configuration as needed for connectivity issues.
• Monitor cybersecurity alerts and perform initial assessment and response.
• Identify incidents and involve the right internal teams to resolve them.
• Initiate and manage escalation processes when required.
• Document NOC processes, incidents, and customer interactions clearly.
• Meet KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement of operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong customer communication.
