Reboot Monkey in Verona seeks an experienced Data Center Technician for a full-time, on-site role supporting mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities. You will install, decommission, and migrate hardware, run copper and fiber cabling, rack and label servers, and coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.

English communication is required, and certifications like CDCP/CDCS or CCNA are preferred.

Competenze

• 2+ years of data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong copper/fiber cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a and single/multi-mode fiber).
• Experience with server hardware from Dell, HP, and Supermicro.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised-floor environments.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• On-site coordination and on-call rotation.
• Data center and networking certifications preferred (CDCP/CDCS, CCNA, CompTIA Network+).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams
• 2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience
• Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, single-mode/multi-mode fiber)
