Ennismore in Rome seeks a dedicated Night Auditor to oversee overnight operations, guest check-in/check-out, and billing accuracy. Represent management during night shifts and ensure data integrity across systems.

Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to meet occupancy goals while keeping guests satisfied. Lead the night team, maintain safety, and perform audits with meticulous attention to detail.

Competenze

• Must provide a memorable guest experience for guests and visitors.
• Experience in the hotel or leisure industry in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; solid computer skills; familiarity with front desk systems.
• Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera or a similar front desk operating system.

Mansioni

• Represent the Management during night hours and ensure the facility operates smoothly.
• Handle guest check-in/check-out, billing, data accuracy and guest requests.
• Maintain a positive, calm attitude while resolving complex situations.
• Oversee guest accounting and ensure billing accuracy.
• Coordinate overnight operations with the Front Office team for optimal occupancy.
• Lead the night team, motivate staff, and ensure service excellence.
• Perform Night Audit procedures and report discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure guest safety and protect property during night hours.
