Pestana Hotel Group in Courmayeur, Italy, seeks a Front Office Agent - Night Auditor to manage overnight operations, balance ledgers, and ensure guest satisfaction in a luxury alpine setting. You will welcome guests at night, handle late check-ins and early check-outs, prepare end-of-day reports, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address overnight needs.

Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian and/or French is a strong plus, with prior night-audit or front-office hospitality

Competenze

• Previous experience in Front Office or Night Auditor roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel financial operations is an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions during overnight shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional presentation and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus.
