Front Office Agent (Night Auditor) | Hotel Le Massif Location: Courmayeur, Italy Pestana Hotel Group is Portugal’s largest international hotel group, with more than 100 hotels across 17 countries and 4 continents. With over 12,000 rooms and a team of 5,000 employees, we welcome more than 3 million guests each year. We have expanded with a new luxury hotel in Courmayeur, Italy, located at the foot of Mont Blanc in one of the most prestigious alpine destinations.

As part of the exciting winter season, we are looking for a Front Office Agent - Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy and service during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner during overnight hours.
• Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests efficiently and accurately.
• Perform daily night audit procedures, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded and balanced.
• Verify guest accounts, billing information, and revenue reports.
• Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure accurate handover to the morning shift.
• Monitor hotel security and oversee overnight operations to ensure guest safety and comfort.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address overnight needs.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest profiles as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and luxury hospitality service standards.

Profile & Requirements

• Previous experience in a Front Office, Night Auditor, or similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel financial operations is an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions during overnight shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional presentation and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian and/or French is very a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus.
