ServiceChannel, Fortive’s leading cloud platform for Facilities Management, is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager in Italy to lead complex enterprise software deployments (CRM, EAM, FM) across multi-site environments.

You will drive discovery, scoping, configuration, training, testing, and go-live, coordinating global teams and guiding customers to realize real-world operational adoption. Occasional travel up to 40% is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years managing enterprise software implementations (CRM, EAM, FM).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to mentor others.

Mansioni

• Serve as domain expert on ServiceChannel with facilities management focus.
• Lead customer discovery and translate requirements into detailed project plans.
• Guide customers through configuration, training, testing, and go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Mentor junior project managers and manage stakeholder expectations.
