Danaher Corporation in Italy seeks a Senior Manager Field Service to lead the national Service and Field Applications organization, driving exceptional customer support and operational excellence across a large, dispersed team.

You will define the national service strategy, partner with Commercial and Sales to enable growth, mentor leaders, travel up to 50%, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and the company’s diagnostics expertise.

Competenze

10+ years in Medical Diagnostics, Healthcare, Medical Device, or Life Sciences with significant leadership in Field Service and/or Field Applications.
Proven track record leading managers and dispersed teams, driving operational performance and transformation.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and business acumen; ability to influence senior leaders.

Mansioni

Lead and develop the national Service and Field Applications teams to ensure consistent execution and high performance across regions.
Drive customer satisfaction, service quality, and base business retention; partner with Commercial and Sales leadership.
Define and execute the national service strategy with clear KPIs, contractual commitments, and productivity targets.
Build capabilities and talent through succession planning, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
Act as a key member of the Italy Leadership Team, guiding strategy and cross-functional collaboration to deliver excellent customer experience.
